Monte Carlo Simulation for Photon Migration Inside Biological Tissue - A MATLAB implementation of Monte Carlo simulation for photon migration inside tissue. Revised from Dr. Wang Lihong's MCML. Tested ok on windowsXP Matlab7.0. Performes about 30% to 40% faster than MCML.

Note:1. If Matlab is installed in ../Program Files/Matlab, the directory may block some matlab built-in functions. This may be due to the space between 'Program' and 'Files'. A solution to this is to reinstall Matlabin C:/Matlab2. A test report, test.pdf, is included. Requirements: · MATLAB Release: R14SP2
